The Story Of Lil Bry, A Hoodtale

Updated: Oct 12, 2023

This story is about Lil Bry, also known as Glock

ree

He was fatally shot but was deeply involved in the ongoing conflicts between 24th Street and 27th Street. Despite his small stature at just 5'2", he possessed the heart of a lion and was always embroiled in trouble. He played a role in the Marcus incident, the one who killed Twon from 24th Street. Glock fired the first shot, and Marcus finished the job. He served some time for an unknown charge and returned to a changed world. His mom had moved away, leaving him to live in abandoned buildings.

One day, on Stanley Street, Glock got into an argument with, who was playing his new music for the neighborhood. Frank and Glock were both members of TCYG. Glock told Frank he would never make it, but Frank brushed it off. Things escalated when an older member of TCG, the higher-ranking gang Shaq

stepped in. Glock challenged him, and tensions rose. Shaq or Glock said, "Go get your gun; we're done talking."

Shaq, who was known as the plug, controlled the neighborhood's activities and finances. People were taking advantage of him, burning him by running off with his goods. Despite the betrayals, Shaq didn't include Glock in the money-making. This caused significant animosity.

The confrontation reached its peak when Glock emerged from his uncle's house with his uncle's gun, shooting at Shaq while he was sitting inside his car. It turned into a shootout, and both were critically wounded.

Shaq didn't survive, while Glock woke up to the devastating news that he would never walk again. His family initially wanted him to return home, but that didn't last long.

Glock came back to Philadelphia, bound to a wheelchair. He instilled fear in the Tasker neighborhood, extorting Stanley Street residents, forcing them to stop hustling, sell their houses, and move. He had "funkys" who drove him around and was often seen with a ski mask and an AK. Despite appearing in rap videos, he remained active until his tragic demise last night in South Philly on 33rd and Wharton Street.
